wherer tdo get experience on LF camera ssytems? Alexa, C700, RED Gemmi S35mm?

just where one can do training on LF format system like Alexas, C700 the HQ ended cameras I know industry demand for them is high don't know how you give them that HQ standard?

You expose for them in exactly the same way that you would for anything else. The scientific laws regarding light and exposure, don't change because the camera does. Learn the different sensors: what they can do, what dynamic range they have etc. As regards learning the actual cameras, phone up a hire house and ask if you can go and get some hands on. Its in their interest to let you do it as they don't want their gear to go out and be abused etc.
