Which film festival for my first feature?

My first feature film is now in post-production I wondered if anyone could recommend which festival run i should attempt.Is there a dedicated festival for 1st time filmmakers ? Alternatively should I aim for the usual national and international festivals. Also can anyone advise on where i could apply for completion or distribution fundng?
