Why am I not receiving my Bulletins?

Dear Shooters & Shooting People Admin team.

I have noticed that I am not receiving my Bulletins the past 3 weeks. I have checked my Bulletins area and it has been signed up, as well as my spam folder in my email. Do you know why this is happening?

Hi Alexandra,
thank you for flagging this. I have checked this issue for you and the bulletins have been sent out to your account. We've had previous problems with Hotmail blocking our emails which seems to also be the case here. The best thing to do would be to contact Hotmail directly or change the synced email account to one from a different provider if possible. You can also view the bulletins on the site under Account > Bulletins.

Hi Dorothy

I have done all these but then again I can’t see any way to change the primary email on SP to start receiving again the bulletin because is used as a login.
Any solution to this?
