So I received an email today from withoutabox which included a link to contact their support. I wanted to ask a question so I clicked the link and filled out their form.
I then received this automated reply.
“Thank you for contacting Withoutabox. We have recently improved how we manage our support inquiries. As a result, this support form is no longer active.”
So WAB have improved their support system... but forgot to take down the old form. Nicely done!

Good job withoutabox!
Seems like a big rip off anyway... how do you find them? (apart from the obvious lack of customer service).

I much prefer film freeway. I rarely use withoutabox now unless there's something I really want to enter and withoutabox is the only way.

Withoutabox are above all else horrible and bad for filmmakers and festivals alike. If at all possible you should use other submission platforms like Film Free Way, Festhome or Film Festival Life. To be honest, if I come across a festival that offers only Withoutabox as a submission platform I ignore it entirely.
