Writing collaboration - mocap film noir

Hello.
I am looking for a co writer for a mocap project that I am developing.
The project is a redemption story set in 1940s LA with a heavy dose of humour. I have been advised to start with a 10 minute test piece.
I intend to start with the start with the speech mocap in Unreal Engine but have already talked to a mocap studio about hiring their facilities for the day further down the line.
