Hello everyone !
I would like to ask if any of you have contact with youtubers who can publish a paid content. My client wants to publish a 13 minutes ready to air and professionally filmed documentary on an english youtube channel. thank you

Why not get them to publish it, and invite the popular Brit tubers want to do responses.(Which maybe you pay for, in some way).
That way the tuber keeps their brand (and reputation) separate from your content.
Also, you use the word english. That is a word freighted with meaning. Do you mean english as in the English nation, (which, outside of football, often carries connotations of egregious flaggery by our less inclusive minded citizens), english as in english language (so, hi there our colonial and commonwealth cousins et al), or do you mean BRITISH, so, a tuber of this scepter'd isle?
