Behind the brutal portraits of London artist Gavin Nolan.

Documentary filmed in Gavin Nolan’s studio as he works on his latest series of paintings for the Mise en Abyme exhibition at CHARLIE SMITH london. Gavin Nolan trained at The Royal Academy of Arts, London and has gone on to become internationally known for his portraits. His paintings have been described as discordant, disquieting and beautiful.
