Biography:

Vivek is a screenwriter and director specialising in horror and suspense-thrillers. Hugely inspired by the early works of James Cameron and John Carpenter his mantra is ‘simple but effective’. He has several selections for short films and screenplays including 1st place for Best Suspense-Thriller Script at The International Horror Hotel Festival in 2019. He is completely self-taught and aims to release his first horror feature Layla’s Room in 2026.

Vivek also writes science-fiction novels, short stories, poetry and blog articles. In his spare time he is an avid hiker and photographer.

About: A young boy has memories of being murdered in a past life and grows up to avenge his past life's killer. This proof of concept is the opening 4 minutes of the feature script.
