Film documenting a legendary North-West London tramp who used to walk around in only his underpants. Also documenting the decay of a suburban landscape, the film uncovered the truth, tragedy and grandeur contained within a sticky web of urban legend. This is a good film. Although obviously not good as Wife Swap or Changing Rooms (Series One to Fifteen...)
