Courthouse in Soho is a good little screening space, 100 seats, and a real projectionist

Close-up could be worth a look. Their pricing is competitive, from what I've seen, and the guy who runs it is very knowledgable/nice (a little intense.)
Only 40 seats though.

I was also going to suggest Close Up Film Centre... I've not hired it as it's a little out my budget personally but I've seen films there and it's a great setup.
