Thanks for the list, Victoria, but at first glance it seems none of them take unsolicited work.

Hi Dan, forgive me, but that's a given isn't it? All the major talent agencies and mgmt companies both here and in the US don't accept unsolicited material. If they did, they wouldn't be able to function as businesses. But you know what they say -- where there's a will there's always a way...

@Dan Selakovich sorry for the delayed response Dan, I've been on annual leave recently.

I think our writer who spent the best part of a week producing the article might take issue with you calling it "basically click bait" (!!), but we're all entitled to our view.

There's not another great overview of the literary management scene in LA available online to our knowledge, and from the volume of social shares the piece received, it appears to have proved very valuable to people.

How long exactly have you been alive?! Joking aside that's a good final line, you should use it in a script...

ps. Industrial Scripts is a specialist script development company, formed in 2010. More here --> http://screenplayscripts.com/

@Industrial Scripts Yes, it is a given, so why no advice on breaking down those walls? That's all I mean.

These "best of" lists come around almost weekly. I guess because I live here, I know about all of these managers, but in the end, being aware is the smallest of steps.

I don't know what "Industrial Scripts" is, but why not contact each of these industry players and work out a script competition where you pick the top ten unsigned writers for consideration from these agencies? Something like that? Otherwise, this is basically "click bait."

I don't know. Maybe I've just been alive too long.
