Hi Neil,
You might want to post into the production area of the site about this, with a more detailed project description, if you have a specific idea of what sort of collaborators you might need to realise it. Or into script pitch, our script bulletin,

Always a good idea to try and work out what the "minimum resource to shoot" looks like. If the answer is "prosumer kit with unpaid cast and crew mainly outdoors or normal homes at weekends" that's one thing, but if it's "pro kit, semi pro cast, two weeks shoot" that's another.
This is mainly so that early on talking with possible collaborators you can get a feel as to who "gets" the project, and who can actually make it happen. This can save time.
Be open to rewrites "to meet available resources" where there is a mismatch but a real chance of getting something done. For my money, it's better to move the "conversation in a castle" to "same conversation in a park" if it's a choice between "badly dressing a room to look like a castle, or actually shooting in a real park".
