We shot a full length feature film last year and we have been looking tirelessly for a little bit more money for post-production. Are there any resources (besides crowdfunding?) to link up with other producers and financiers who might be interested in having more content?

It's not outside finance, but as an option for minimising the final post cost, try posting a full description of tasks required on Upwork - www.upwork.com Within just a couple of days you can have multiple quotes from editors and/or graders, UK-based or (potentially a lot cheaper) abroad.
