INDEXLooking for a female co-host for new online film show!

Hi film fans! Me and my friend are looking to kick-start a fun and exciting weekly online film review show in the coming weeks – think Collider Movie Talk, Film 2015, What The Flick?, etc - and are now looking for a female co-host to join us. (Please be aware this is a non-paid, for fun only project. We're just film fans wanting to talk about film. We're not Hey You Guys or Empire Magazine lol). Ideally we’re looking for someone between the ages of 25-30, who is passionate about film and online reviewing, and lives in London (we’ll be filming in the Shoreditch area). So if you think this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, please get in touch and we’ll arrange auditions for this week. Thanks! https://www.themovieguy.co.uk, http://www.benjaminbate.co.uk/

Hi,John. Thanks for getting in touch. To be clear, this position is neither an 'acting role' nor 'screen candy'. We are genuinely interested in having the opinions of a female co-host. There is nothing untoward expected of this position. I hope this has been cleared up.

With respect, John. Both I and my co-host are both 30, so we thought having someone around the same age would be best. We are also planning our demographic to focus on that age group, although we would, of course, welcome viewers of all ages.

Hi Paddy. Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, it's based in London (filming in Shoreditch). If she's available then we would like to meet with her as soon as possible.

Don't know about untoward Lee but 25 to 30 is a very narrow specification; is there some equally specific genre of film critique that's required?

Of course one should always have regard for sexism and ageism, notwithstanding callow youthism, unless of course the job is actually only an 'acting roll'. Anyone wanna be screen candy? Heck why the hell not!? Context is everything.
