I leave you a link of a café near London Fields I know is open (for take away and groceries).
They used to have quite few seats as they used to serve lunch and host events.

There's going to be a lot of restaranteurs right up against it when they get to reopen, I'm sure you'll have a pretty wide choice if you door-knock and flash the cash.
