My showreel won't upload - freezes at 5%

Hello everyone

I'm trying to upload my showreel to my SP profile via the "Upload A Video" link in add work section of my profile, but every time it begins to upload then stops at 5% and just stays there.

It's under 500 MB and is an mp4. I have tried both Safari and Firefox browsers. Same happens with both.

I have an ultra-fast fibre broadband connection and I can easily upload to Vimeo or YouTube, so there doesn't seem to be a problem with the file or connection, but maybe I've missed something basic or I'm doing something wrong.

Can anyone offer any advice?

I've enquired about this twice through the SP "help" link and heard nothing back.

Hi Anthony,

Sorry to hear you've not heard back from our Helpdesk. It is checked every day, so I'm not sure what's happened, but I will investigate.
