Hello all,
Though I've had a Shooting People account since University, I never really used it up until now. Not really sure why, as it's a great idea and a good way to meet some like minded people. Thought I'd just put it out there and say Hello and all that as I seem to have missed the last Shooters in the Pub, though I'll aim to go to the next one.

Hi Michael, I'm in Los Angeles, and still prefer this U.K. organization.
Apparently, being around awhile, both on shooting people and Hollywood, it's my job to piss people off. But I do have my favorites here; Paddy Robinson-Griffin, Nicki Perkins, Daniel Cormack, Jan Caston, Nicholas Prosser, to name a few. If you ever have a chance to work with, or just get advice from any of these people, take it!

We're new here as well although we knew about it during university also. I hadn't heard of the pub meetups before. Do you know how often they are?

Hey Marble,
Shooters in the Pub takes place on the 1st Monday of every month in lots of different venues across the UK. You can see a list of where each venue is held on: http://bit.ly/1d9lM93. Shooters in the Pub is a open to everyone and it's a free event, so feel free to bring some people along :)

Oldish member here, welcome. The community can be very supportive, especially if you have a good and original question or discussion point. Also quite handy for finding cast, crew and blagging occasional favours!
