Hi Shooters.
I'm on the hunt for a feature film script to option and potentially shoot 2020/21. Will read anything that comes my way but I'm specifically looking for...
- Comedy/Dark Comedy
- 90 pages or less
- Can be shot on under £100k (if you're not familiar with budgets, think small cast, minimum locations, no VFX)
If your script has been placed in any worldwide competitions such as Page, Script pipeline, Scriptapalooza, WeScreenplay, Blue Cat, Online Blacklist, please note that in the email.
Your script must not already have an option on it.

I have a dark comedy COUNTDOWN with one location, never entered it into competitions as it had interest from a company that the went bust! (no option signed) . Hey I have a dark urban comedy script 90ish pages, low budget and based mainly in one location. Gathered a lot of attention a few years ago. No current option on it. It's called 'Break A Leg' very good, even if I do say so myself.

Hi Brendan, I am curious as to how you'll shoot the feature for under £100K. I have a script which fits your requirements but is budgeted at just under £200K - this includes paying everyone minimum wage. Are you planning on not paying people? This would be my second feature (the first we made for £50K (Break My Fall, UK, 2011), which we were able to do through not paying people, so I don't want to do that again). I have full screenplay, 2 minute teaser and package for your perusal if interested. Best, Kanchi
