Or 'without conditioned presumption'.

Today with the responsive magic of digital technology and the Internet that freedom is much easier to use than in Orson Welles days, with its clunky demanding tools and socio economic and political limitations.

Making films today is much less about how to make them technically as it is about articulating concepts, ideas and innate nouse. Oh, and knowing how to monetise them.

Great filmmakers are more born than taught.
