Presenting a production to a cable network.

I produced a production that is ideal for broadcast on cable. The cast includes a few well known television actors, one of whom is a recently deceased Emmy winner.
Any tips on how to find the proper people at the networks to approach? And what are the do's and don't's when dealing with them?
Thanks.

Every network has an acquisitions department, or it might be known as VP in charge of Programming. Find out who that is and get started. It's not at all difficult to get cable networks to look at finished shows!

It may be helpful for you to chat with a few potential sponsors too - if you can offer the networks a *free* programme they might just bite your hand off...
