Greetings and salutations,

I'm in the process of producing my first short film.
Does anyone have any examples of release forms for cast/crew?
Also, any useful tips about what to pay attention to in the forms, would be greatly appreciated.

On the shooting people website look under ‘production’ then ‘resources’ where you will find a selection of suitable releases. Seek and ye shall find!
