'London Screenwriting Meetup' is excellent, although you should expect to give some feedback on others' scripts before getting something read.

Hi Carly, contact Lucy Linger on Shooting People. She runs a wonderful script reading group with lots of writers on her database willing to read each other's work in exchange for feedback.
