Hi fellow Shooters!
I am on the search for a dilapidated house to film the first 5 minutes of a horror feature script I wrote. Needed are:
1. Three rooms: two large, one small.
2. A staircase
3. Upstairs landing
If two of the rooms are aside each other, even better.
The aim is to present this to producers to secure funding for the actual feature.
I found a perfect location in South London however the company is charging £2500 + VAT for a one day shoot and there is no way around that. If anyone knows any inexpensive locations with the mentioned features it would be much appreciated.

I have a house on the Isle of Wight that is perfect for your shoot. I can help with transport etc this side and I used it for a test shoot already. Let me know what you think.
