INDEXUnable to reply to Helen Jack on messages

Hello Helen.
I've not been unable to reply to your messages because Google says that there's a serious security issue with that part of Shooting Peoples website and simply won't let me????? This has been continuous and ongoing for some time.
I also sent you an email to SP's email account which although posted successfully you've evidently not seen?
So I'm limited to trying to reach you here.
Best regards
John

Helen sent me a message on SP the other day, and there doesn't seem to be anything stopping me sending a reply via SP, although I didn't actually proceed as far as pressing the Send button.
I'm using Google Chrome, with Norton installed on my PC.

Thanks Alwyne
I have the same set up as you, I've now managed to send a message through the messages link imbedded in this Web site. But it's still a mystery for me.

Yep, it's been a pain for a while now. I thought it was because I was offshore, but now I'm back and it's the same.
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqeBM-qC1TC-gpg9fX4PMRMDSSCQIA if anyone is reading from SP and wants to sort it out?

It's good to know that it's not just me. In fact I was unable to message you a reply from your message for the same reason. Google wouldn't let me copy the warning message but did let me copy the following from their 'learn more' page.
Hope it helps the SP team to resolve the issue.
'This site can't provide a secure connection; network error sent an invalid response' or 'ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION'
You'll see this error if the page had an error that Chrome couldn't understand.
To fix the error, contact the website owner.
If you own this website, learn how to fix the ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION error

Hi John,
We're looking into this issue now.
I did receive your message through SP (and hopefully you got my reply?) and we also received it through our helpdesk.
All the best,
Helen

Thanks Helen
Hope it's not too much of a problem. Maybe, in the unlikely event of it not being already in hand, try to answer a message from a team members computer using Chrome? The auto safety message should come up with technical details.
Best regards
John

Hi John,
Thanks for flagging this issue. We've pinpointed the problem - minor issue with a certificate on one of our servers - and it has been rectified now.
All best,
Colm
