What are the best crowdfunding rewards you have ever seen?

We have a crowdfunding campaign going, and though we have eight backers, it's reached a stalling point. A lot of people have expressed interest in our film, but they haven't contributed yet.

We thought that maybe a better reward could help take this project off the ground.

Our current rewards are mainly the standard things, a copy of the dvd, a name in the credits, full refund if we don't reach our goal, a name on the website and in the project's social media site, and props and costumes that are used in the film.

If it helps, you can see more about our project here.

What are some creative reward ideas you have for a crowdfunded feature film? Have you seen anything that might give us some ideas? Anything that worked for your project or others?

I took a look at the Underwater realm, after you both shared it. They seemed to not really need the money, having everything in place other than a green screen tank (which they seemed to have some use of anyway). The cynic in me says "Might as well just give the money directly to Pinewood."

Yeah, there are lots of lessons to learn from the campaign, and not just the perks. Wow, they had some great (expensive looking) footage before they started. Thank you both for sharing that.

I was really hoping to give some perks for non-filmmakers, as none of my backers so far are filmmakers, nor are those who have expressed interest in backing.

The Under Water Realm had some great perks for filmmakers, such as the hour long lighting tutorial. They also worked hard during the 30 day pitch to promote the Kickstarter, posting updates, launching and adding to the perks etc. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/realmpictures/explore-the-underwater-realm
