Think in terms of days it'll take someone. If you're looking at maybe 10'/day lived, that's 9 days plus maybe another for tweaks, so a couple of grand or more. Depends on the desk you do, the complexity of the mix, the cleanliness of the audio, how organised the material is, if it's already synchronised, where you add ADR or Foley, etc., and whether the equipment/desk is supplied or needs to be rented. 10 minutes a day is probably ambitious unless you're highly organised, but you can at least start to build up a ballpark. If you're disorganised, have dirty audio to clean, require a score mixing in, require kit to be hired, require someone to access licensed audio effects, could be somewhat higher, cliser to 20k.

It depends on the quality of sound coming in, really.
It sounds to me like a documentary. It also sounds like you probably couldn't afford the top sound people, unless they're doing you a favour. But, perhaps you could sweeten it up enough to be watchable for a distributor.
The general rule of project management applies, good, cheap, and fast, pick two of the three. If you don't need it done for a long time, you could get a beginner for relatively cheap. If you want it done quickly, an experienced professional with expensive equipment will have a high hourly fee.
If you want academy quality sound mixing, expect at least six weeks, even from an experienced professional with two assistants. But, if it's just for youtube, then it might be done quicker. Some sound mixes take over a year, even for a studio.
I did sound for a time, but my office grew too noisy.
Sorry to be vague, but your description is rather vague. Perhaps with a sound sample, and a distribution medium (cinema, dvd), it would be easier to say. But really, it's like saying "how much would it cost for a three bedroom house" without saying the location.
