I have a super 8 camera and about 5 minutes worth of stock which is all paid for including the digital scanning, didn't get to use it on a music video recently as the camera was shipped to the wrong address before the shoot.
Anyone fancy making a short film with it? I'm a DoP based in Leeds and always looking for new directors to collaborate with!

You should check out straight8 which is a filmmaking competition for those making work on a super 8 camera. If you win, you'll get your film screened at Cannes! Submissions are currently open - http://www.straight8.net/straight-8-2018

Hi Abi,
As a director/writer/producer who’s shot on super 16, I am very interested in making a short on super 8. Hi Abi, I'd love to do something on Super8, I'm actually thinking of ideas for a music video for this band - www.thehigherplanes.com - for one of their new songs coming out soon, one of them is called "Keep your lamplight burning low" and I imagine a Super8 short film would work so well as a video for that song.
