Would a festival refuse a film if you had already given the film to your crowdfunding backers prior to screening?

I know nearly all festivals ask for exclusivity in that you can not sell your product or screen your film publicly prior to screening. However, how does it work with backers whether on Kickstarter or other? Those who helped get your film finished. Any experience would be greatly appreciated. I know all festivals will have different takes but would love to hear from fellow shooters' what your experience has been.

No, it won't matter. Of course the hazard is if one of your backers throws it up on Youtube.
