'The Real Target' is a 90min action movie that we have been developing for two years. It is an action packed film consisting of a diverse international cast, commencing shooting in London this month.
The Real Target explores the topic of corrupt government officials, conspiracy theories and stories from today’s media. Although this film is fiction it is inspired by true events.
We are currently looking for investors, producers and a production manager so get in touch if you are passionate about film making and action films.

If you were in America, you just broke the law. You can't broadcast "looking for investors" like that. It's bullshit, but it is the law. Please be careful about how you go about things like this. Be aware of SEC laws and the rest.

It's similar but different for the UK - but investments cannot be scattershot without an FCA-registered investment adviser representing it.

Sort of thing.
A singular activity can operate under the nomenclature of two or more optional labels. Most law is a blunt instrument weighed down by pages of overly proscriptive regulation. It's absurd just how easily one can step around them whilst still enjoying the secure knowledge of being beyond the scope of that proscription.
Think, 'The Emperors New Clothes' for further reference.
