Might be a good idea to say where you are based Sergio and how far you can travel.
How much time you can commit.
What level of skills and experience you already have.
Individuals, micro entities and small companies make up the greater part of Shooting People members. The term 'work experience" is now much regulated by legislators who meant well but who have actually made taking work experience people on, onerous and unrewarding.
A better idea would be to offer whatever skills and potentials you have on an entirely informal basis in exchange for the opportunity to learn, without creating any mutual liabilities.
Whilst your simple request for a 'work experience ' ought suggest most of the above it may not have the appeal you seek.
Got to be proactive and creative with added value to stand above the mundane.

The thing about location etc is so true - when I need bodies it tends to be at immediate notice and without accommodation, so it's a big deal where they are and can start immediately!

Hi, I totally agree with the above points raised by Paddy and John. I had a few people on work experience, mainly graduates but it was proving difficult when one of them had to be assisted to catch heir last bus to get to their home 20miles from out offices. We also had to pay additional hefty insurance as they were formally still within the university. It would really help if you could state your skills, whether you drive/owe a car and expect expenses paid. And how could you contribute to a team. Often late working hours or shoot on field far away proved difficult for a candidate and nobody is expected to make coffee or jus log rushes. You supposed to be part of the team. It would be good to make yourself valuable to work with. Why would a company take you? What are the benefits, are you a team player, have set of skills that may be useful, speak additional languages, do you have a showreel, references etc. All those could be very helpful.

You can search for companies in the local yellow pages, but you're more likely to find them in something like KFTV or TheKnowledge.
When I was listed on those, I had to give three credits, so it took me years to get on those sites. (I might be delisted if I don't produce something new soon.) So, you won't find as many complete beginners there.
I got my first jobs just through people I knew. I was hanging around, they knew I was interested in film, and gave me something to do. Then, get on local email lists (sometimes they hire through a university's film department.) Also, follow local companies on LinkedIn or (in Germany especially) Xing. Others get their first jobs through finding out where productions are and being there.
Okay, now I normally would not advise working for anyone who can't afford to pay you. However, I'm looking for team members to approach funders with. That means I don't have funding yet, but I'm raising it so that people can get paid enough to focus on making the work good.
In any case, One of my projects is called Bonjour Dewi, and after seeing your website I think we could use your talents (and give you more to add to your portfolio.)

As I said, paid experience is usually worth more than unpaid, because if they're investing money in you then they'll give you something useful to do. (And they usually won't pay unless they actually know what they're doing.) But, if I build up my team in our proposal, we're more likely to get money to do it properly.
You can find those roles, and roles by other people, on the production tab here:

One of my regular ACs got his break when a film was being shot in his home town when he was 18. He just went up to them and asked if he could help out as a volunteer. Which he did for the week they were shooting there. He hasn't looked back since.
