The finished audio book would be uploaded on Audible, Google play books, Kobo ETC. Some audio books can be awesome with sound effects and sound design or musical themes, long as the engineer knows what they're doing.

Though my professional experience is directing television drama series and serials, (400+ broadcast credits), in more recent times, I have "picked up the pen and written (a) screenplays for short films (not yet produced) (b) a script for a short play or film (not porduced) (c) several scenes performed for screen acting workshops, independent and Universities & colleges. (recorded by not distributed or transmitted). and (d) A collection of verses. Also, I am working on two narratives for either novels or feature screenplays. Huge help.

Fiction audio books sell quite well, after Mystery, Thriller, and Suspense on Audible. I'm open to other genre's, long as the Author knows their audience.

It's good to know, some scripts / stories just won't work as audio books or Audio plays, as they're just too visual.

so short stories, Plays, Scripts, or Novels that are very aural would be ideal for recording in the studio.
I'm currently using V/O's to record the audio books with, but do let me know if you'd rather dub the voice yourselves.

I can tell you've been inundated by the Writer Swarm [cue TWILIGHT ZONE music].
Just published my romantic thriller, the perfect airplane / beach book, which came out March 15th, the same week all the beaches in the world were closed and most of the airplanes grounded.
A woman falls in love with a man about to be assassinated, and concocts a meshuganeh scheme to save his life, which goes spectacularly awry.
I've been standing in line in festivals, speaking and enough people have approached and said that I have a unique voice and should do voice-overs, but I'm essentially a writer and just want to do an audiobook of my novel.
