A young couple get into a bit of trouble when partying a tad too hard. They wind up in a situation where they need to buy some drugs back that they took from someone. They then encounter the scariest looking drug dealer imaginable only with this dealer, he wants the couple to pay 10p for the plastic baggies they are about to use. And so, we are introduced to Liam, the most environmentally conscious killer drug dealer in existence.
