When more seasteaders join them, the colony is forced into international waters and they find they have unintentionally founded their own nation state. A philosopher, who acts on behalf of an exisiting block of nation states, attempts to passively conquer them to get rid of the economic and libertarian threat that freedom represents to the old system of international order.
